Purestat® ESD swab has good quality and cleaning capability. It is used for cleaning HDD, optics instrument, wafer, flat panel displays. Swab head possesses good firmness after compressed and the head is sharp. A compact, rigid handle and tapered internal core provide good support. Unique thermal bonding and cleaning process ensure a minimum of particle shedding from foam seal. The swab pole is made by ABS material to provide clean, permanent ESD protection without contributing particulate contaminates to the cleanroom.
